Qingdao Kunpo Interactive Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (“Kunpo”, “we”, “us”) attach great importance to the protection of users’ personal information and privacy when you use Kunpo’s products and game services (collectively, the “Services”). We will protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Before using our products or Services, please read and fully understand this Privacy Policy so that you can make an informed choice.
For example, information you provide when registering a Kunpo account or using the Services; information you share with third parties via the Services; and information you store while using the Services. Please note that information you disclose in areas visible to other users may be collected and used by others.
For example, information about you shared by third parties that use the Services.
For example, log information, location information, and device information generated when you use the Services.
To provide you with stable Services and protect your account security, we require basic registration or login information (e.g., mobile phone number) to create your account and password. You may also log in using a third‑party account, in which case—upon your authorization—we obtain your third‑party profile information (e.g., username, nickname, avatar) and bind it to your Kunpo account.
As required by laws, regulations, or supervisory requirements, or to verify user identity, ensure system and service security, and support specific features, we may need your real identity information (such as name, ID number, household registration, photo) or biometric information (static/dynamic facial features). With your consent, we may verify your identity ourselves or via authorized organizations. Without such information you may be unable to log in or may face restrictions.
When you contact customer service or use user‑support functions (e.g., complaints, suggestions), we may need necessary personal information to match and verify your identity to protect your account and virtual items. We may retain communications/records, your contact information, and other information relevant to your request in order to respond and track resolutions.
When you upload or publish information or interact in game channels, official websites, or communities (e.g., chat, posts, replies, likes, sharing), we collect uploaded/published content and display your nickname, avatar, and content.
Based on Services you choose, we may, on the premise of legality and necessity and with your authorization, obtain relevant information from affiliates or partners—for example when you log in with a third‑party account.
To secure your game account and maintain a fair, healthy environment, we may collect game identifiers, hardware/OS information, process and crash records to combat behaviors that disrupt Service fairness (e.g., piracy detection, anti‑cheat).
Sensitive personal information may include ID numbers, biometric information, communications records and content, location information, trajectories, and transaction information. We process such information only for the purposes and in the manner described in this Policy and with enhanced protection.
We may store small data files on your device (such as Cookies, Flash Cookies, or other local storage provided by your browser or apps). Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, numbers, and characters. You may disable Cookies in your browser, which may affect access or Services. We use Cookies mainly to: (1) ensure secure, efficient operation of products and Services (e.g., authentication, fraud prevention, improved responsiveness); (2) provide an easier access experience (e.g., remember your login); and (3) allow you to clear Cookies via browser settings.
We may share information only for legitimate, necessary, and specific purposes, such as with data‑service providers (e.g., ad monitoring, statistics, analysis), product analysis partners (e.g., crash analytics, network performance, DNS optimization), marketing partners (e.g., advertising, marketing), and other necessary partners. We may also share with our affiliates or their designated providers to offer platform‑based services and identify account anomalies. We sign strict confidentiality agreements and require them to process information per our instructions and this Policy.
We will not transfer your personal information to companies, organizations, or individuals except with your explicit consent or when required in mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy (in which case the new controller must be bound by this Policy, or will re‑seek your consent).
We generally do not publicly disclose personal information. If disclosure is necessary (e.g., for awards or announcements), we will follow lawful, legitimate, and necessary principles and, where required, obtain your consent.
We may share, transfer, or disclose information without prior consent where required for national security, public safety/health, major public interest, judicial or law‑enforcement purposes, to protect vital interests where consent is difficult to obtain, information you have made public yourself, information collected from lawful public sources, academic research in the public interest (with de‑identification), and other situations permitted by law.
We may integrate or link to third‑party platforms or services (see the “Third‑Party SDK Catalogue”). Examples include: share functions that may collect your information and set Cookies; links from ads or Services to third‑party sites; and SDKs or similar embedded components (plugins, embedded code) to provide better customer service and user experience. Categories include advertising, push notifications, payments, location and device information (with your consent), third‑party authorization (login/sharing), statistics/analytics, voice recognition, intelligent customer service, content storage, web/video browsing, sharing and push features, performance optimization, and account security and hardening.
When you use such third‑party services, your information will be directly collected and processed by those third parties under their own terms and privacy statements.
We store personal information only for the shortest period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless otherwise required by laws or regulators. If we cease Services or operations, we will stop collecting, notify you in advance, and delete or anonymize your personal information after termination unless otherwise required by law.
Personal information collected and generated in our operations within the PRC is stored in China, except where laws require otherwise, you have authorized consent, or cross‑border Services require overseas transfer—handled in accordance with applicable laws and with adequate protection.
We adopt reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial measures that meet industry standards to protect information from leakage, damage, or loss—for example SSL encryption for data exchanges between your device and our Services, encryption technologies to ensure confidentiality, and trusted mechanisms against malicious attacks. We strictly manage employees who may access your information through permission controls, NDAs, and operation monitoring.
You may access, correct, or delete your information in accordance with the functions of specific Services or by contacting us. After you actively cancel your account, we will stop providing Services and delete or anonymize your personal information as soon as practicable.
